truck LT headers

what are typical results of LT headers on a 5.3L and who makes the best ones?

You can normally see about 20rwhp with mid/longtube header. I really don't don't there is much of a difference in brands as long as you stick with ASM's, Lapole, TOG.

I noticed a good all around difference with my TOG's. I think the quality of them is better than the ASM's. You can check out TByrne's site, he has both of them.
