Default truck inspection

I tried to get my truck inspected and it fail due to computer not ready???? Do yall think it has to do with the hpp3 program. I didn't have any time to down load since i had to go into work. I will try tomorrow. they say to program it back to stock when you go to get it inspected. supposedly, the inspection machine has a certain set of values that are supposed to match up or be close to when you get it inspected, but the programmer will throw it off. this is only heresay
