We have headers in stock from Dynatech headers for 4.8 and 5.3 trucks, 2wd and 4wd. Dynatech are the same folks that build F body headers with cats. They just did this system on their own this time. They are CARB certified, and come with 1 3/4" 304 Stainless Full length headers, cats and Y pipe and all hardware to bolt up.

Fits 1500 series, Avalanche, Suburban and Tahoe/Yukon

The price for the whole system is $1295.

I'm confused I thought FLP made these headers,and with them being offered from 2 different distributors.......no competitive pricing????

 

The headers are manfactured by Dynatech. Apparently FLP is a distributor like LGM.

 

Yes, that would be correct. We are a distributor. Dynatech makes the flp f body headers as well. They just decided to market this product in house. In either case, the quality is top notch, and they are stainless steel.

Ah, I was peeping in my Jegs catalog and noticed those F-bod LT's by Dynatech. I could not tell the quality by the picture. That clears that up.

Man it'd be nice if you could just get the headers only with 3" collectors that would bolt up to the 3" dual headpipes from a 1500HD or 2500HD truck

 

So does this mean LG will have more truck items to offer soon.

LOU, do you have a set of those headers sitting around at your shop? if so i would love to come out there and take a look at them before i finally make a decision on either the FLPS, THORLEYS, OR AS^Ms, i like that the FLPs come with ypipe and cats also, that way i can unbolt the ypipe at the track and have something else to bolt up there for a custom offroad ypipe. i also like the FLP brand considering how many f-y body guys love their headers and have gotten great numbers from them. let me know if you can hook me up like that LOU, thanks.

Nice, but good luck getting passed emissions with those here, even with CARB approval.

 

why wont they pass emissions? well, i know why they wouldn't on my truck but i think a 6.0 heads cam and no cats would have something to do with it. maybe atleast.

 

sam has just had an awfull time with some jerks that are jelous of his truck. Bunch of nobodys trying to be somebody. That carb emblem didn't mean much to the EPA guys sam went to.
