Ok guys I'm having a bit of a problem here. I was in the tuning process on my truck and I ha it idling great in Park and reverse and drive. A few days later I get in the truck start it up and it's idling great, I put it in reverse and it try's to idle for a few seconds and then the kpa's shoot up and it starts breaking up real bad and will turn off if I don't give it throttle, same thing in drive but park or neutral it idles great. If I drive off in the truck it will run smooth and when coming to a stop the rpm's drop smoothly and as soon as it gets down in the idle range it will idle for a just a second or two then start acting up and will shut off!

I'm lost as to what it could be and really doubt it's the tune since it was from one day to another. Any suggestions?

 

I forgot add that it has a hard start up issue wetter it's cold or warm and it never had it before.

I also put the truck on the scanner and there was not any codes that showed up.

 

have you played with the in gear base idle airflow table?

 

^^ yea there's more then enough in there and It never had the problem before just all of the sudden.

 

stop putting it in gear
