Default Transgo + Vette Servo + TT2600 = Nice to drive?

I want my 2003 Avalanche (Radix-charged) to be a nice handling, driving machine, that lasts a little while without me having to screw with it. Will a 4L60EHD shift kit with the Vette 1-2 servo and a new torque converter do the trick?

Yes. I have the Transgo and Billet servos with one washer, and a Vig3200.
It shifts real hard at WOT, but at part throttle the shifts are soft.
I didn't like the looseness of the verter at first, but I got used to it.
