Washers only firm up the 1-2 shift. With a 'Vette servo maybe 1. I have none with my billet apply servo. It just made the shift harsh and annoying.

Try 1 and see what you think...you can always add or remove them.

I'd say none until you get the yank. I hated having one in there. Still not sure if I'll put one in when I put my yank in either, but we'll see.

When you install it, let me know. I wonder if you'll need larger feed holes or anything...

Lemme know when you install it what you decide to do. Perhaps larger feed holes?

Not sure, you know more about that than I do about the feed holes, I just listen. I posted about adding a washer when I put the stall in, don't remember the replies though. I think it was mixed though.
Tiger, listen to hitman, or flyer if you have any more ?'s. Not saying that nobody knows as much as them but they seem to be more knowledgable when it comes to the trans kits.

Well typically stalls soften shifts. The washer only firms the 1-2 shift so if all were soft, you could open the feed holes slightly to firm them up.

As soon as I get a stall put in, I'm gonna play with the VB a bit for shifts. Feed holes probably, toss a few check *****, etc.

Basically to sum it up tiger; With the shiftkit and corvette servo, you might want to try one washer in the second accumulator. If you had the billets then I would recco no washers. When you get a stall you will want one washer if you have the vette servo's, maybe two. What hitman and I are talking about is opening up feed holes in the valve body instead of just using the washers in the second accumulator. Since the second accumulator only affects 1-2 shift then feed holes and the 3-4 servo helps 2-3, 3-4 shifts. Hitman likes to enlarge the feed holes, in my eyes doing it properly not just making the tires chirp on 1-2 shift. So the finale is, use 1 washer with no stall and corvette servo. If you go with billets, use no washer. When you get a stall with vette servo, 1 washer if not 2. Also get numbers from hitman as far as the feed holes is concerned.
