What's everybody using as a guage to get their numbers? I have a Denali cluster, but if the trans temp guage is anything like the coolant temp guage, it's less than accurate. this winter, I barely saw 150*, last summer I had it close to 210* a few times. Normally it's between 150* and 180* with mild driving on a nice day.

Mine is a little over 200 with the Vig 2800 during the summer at 100+ weather. I need a cooler.

now with 90plus weather Im seeing 200 and 220 if it sits in traffic on a hot day. cooling fan is allready in the works. Ive talked to several people and GM has designed these tranny to work within 150 to 230 as normal operating temps.

150 for me with a 40,000GCVW cooler btw the B&Ms are only like 22,000. It pays to get a bigger cooler. Even when beating on my truck in 90* weather it goes up to 160* and thats it. I had it up to 165* one time but thats was pulling a trailer with 6000#s of weight on it. Stock according to the esc cluster it was a little over 200*.
