does it really matter if you use the in or the out line for the tranny fluid as far as connecting the b&M into the stock stuff? i was going to connect it to the out side and have it go through the stock one and into my b&m 24k an back into the tranny, would there be any problem there? and i was gonna mount it infront of the radiator, this wont hurt anything will it?

well actually if you think about it if you connect it to the in line its going to go from the cooler back to the radiator making the cooler not worth much and if you connect it fromt the out line the oil goes direct from the cooler to the tranny and keeps it cooler. if you mount it in front of the radiator its fine just more recommended in front of the condenser cause it will be cooler and i think it is alot easier mounting it in the front.

HitMan, no, it doesn't. When they were doing the dealer find thing I said I wanted the towing package which would have come with one. They found one all and good. When I took delivery of it, I noticed it didn't have a hitch platform when I got home. I went back and started bitching, they threw the hitch platform in no cost after it was understood that it was a mistake and that I actually needed it.

Long story short .. I have half the towing package now. I figured the cooler wouldn't be that big of a deal since it would have been a good idea to upgrade it anyways.

Slowverado, you want the new cooler out in front of everything (in front of the AC condensor), and last in line for fluid flow. I would do away with the stock one as it's pretty useless as it is.

BigTex, not a drop of rain here so far today. I thought I felt a little mist out a few minutes ago, but I think I was dreaming or something. The cool weather should be good for the track, but it is a little humid.

Hrm, see I have the factory cooler on my truck and want to swap it for the B&M cooler but still retain the factory lines.

I need to measure the factory cooler and see if B&M makes one in about those dimensions.

I ATAP'd some stuff today and with my 160* thermo and 34" rad my temps stay in the high 170/low 180 range easily. Trans temp only got to about 120*.

Marshall is at the highest point of I20 in the first county. Hallsville is about halfway beteen Marshall and Gregg county, the next one over.

I was goinna say also .. After I got off the computer and went over to my dad's house, I saw some drops on the window. Nothing much though.
