Anyone heard anything about the I saw they the other day on GM's site and it looks pretty nice. . . Anyone have any info about them. . . price. . etc

no pricing yet although i'm guessing it should be around 40k sticker for a starting price. what other info are you looking for?

i'd be expecting a stock 0-60 in around 6.2 and 1/4 at around 14.7. i also expect dealers to be seeing them by november or so.

The Chevrolet web site is saying 0-60 in 5.7 sec. LS2 with 391hp 395tq.

we'll see it when it comes out for sure. i'd expect it should have the capability, whether or not it can do it is another thing. the LS2 part is a given, that's the only way it's going to be available that i know of.

I think I might buy one and wreck it. Buy it back from the insurance and transplant the LS2 in my pickup.

I think it uses a new tranny too, the 4l70 or something like that, not really sure what the changes are though.
