Default TR 220 cam question

i'm about to get my h/c on after the heads come in, and before i go about putting in the small 212/218 cam w/0 tunning, do you think the TR 220 cam will be a greater benefit, i dont want to be dissapointed with the setup i'm currently going with. so i was thinking just to go a bit more,

how would this drive on my truck with no tunning till i drive up to houston to get some custom tunning?

Does MTI offer edit tunning for trucks?

Yes it would be a greater benefit, but only with tunning and a good torque converter. I really could not tell you how it would act with zero tunning.

Also, at this time, MTI does not have Edit for the trucks. But I will soon be getting it for my truck and have them do the initail tunning for me until I learn LS1Edit well enough to tackle it on my own.

Sorry, sure don't. You might want to ask in the Texas section.

Are you planning on dyno'ing the truck? I'd like to see some numbers!
