I'm not sure how the TR220 would act in a 5.3, but the TR224(112) is very liveable in my 5.7, but it could use a tiny bit of tuning. Every now and then, it's a little bitchy.

I have ZERO complaints about power under 3k, but remember I had a 4.8 before, so that's all relative! The power is definitely better up top, but it is no slouch at all down low.

Part throttle just cruising aroudn the thing drives great. It is very smooth. The only complaint I have is off idle if I try to idle away from a light I get this bucking thing, not real bad and it only lasts for s 2nd. I would try tuning it out but since I am swapping cams I dont care.

My truck is lifted with 33's and 4.10's. The truck is a pig below 2 - 2.5k rpms. The driveability is great after the idle was bumped up to 750 rpms. The TT3000 is going in tomorrow (THANK GOD!) I will post back.

Oh the truck dynoed 285 rwhp and 304 rwtq.

I will update soon.
