I'm getting a transgo shift kit and corvette cervo, the guy from Probuilt that sold me the transgo said that I might have to get the torque management removed becuase it will fall flat on its face at wot, is that true? Can I get the torque management removed at the dealer? (I have no warranty left) It's a 4L60E. Thanks for an info

 

Dealers Cant Do It Or At Least Not At The Dealership Where I Work. You Have To Get A Tune Or Buy Ls1edit And Do It Yourself.

 

Mine would fall on its face going fron 1st to 2nd at part throttle. Did not really notice it much at wot. With the new tranny it barks the tires shifting from 1st to 2nd at wot. This is with 60% T.M. removed.

 

I had 60% removed also and ran mine today with everything behind the Ypipe off
when it shifted to 2nd it sounded like I completely let off the gas for a good "one-onethousand
I felt a shitload of difference with 60 removed
if thats tq manag. I heard today
its gonna be even bigger difference with 100% removed

Tuning was my best mod yet
