Default torque converter bolts sheared!!!

Okay so i'm pulling my tranny to change out my craked flexplate and i sheared off one of the 3 torque converter bolts. i"m still trying to extract it on the bench but i need some replacements. My question is what should i replace them with, just grade 8 hex head bolts work??? what grade are the stock ones?

Call yank and ask them what grade their bolts are if they will tell you they will probably wont you to buy theirs but they may be nice and tell you. Other than that I dont know they look like they are just some high quality hex bolts to me.

Definatley grade 8's. I would just go to the hardware store and get some properly sized grade 8's. BTW, can we get some pics of the cracked flexplate?

McMaster Carr is a good place to go for hardware like that.

Do what it did a couple years ago, go to a hardware store and get them. I got mine which are M10/1.5 bolts 1" long that are hardened for iron floor ties. I think i spent no more than $0.35 on all of them. LOL
