2.) Tune, Stall, Cutout
or
3.) Tune, Stall, Cutout, Trans-go

again the main thing here is budget and on a good budget like 2000 or so i would say stall heads and cam not the most bang for buck but you will tell a huge difference and depending on what cam you get you might not have to have a tune (although still recommended) and it will be stable which is very important if it is your daily driver

Intake, exhaust and tune with nitrous will give you the most power for the buck but one mod leads to another, with a stall you will need traction, with nitrous you will have to build up the drivetrain or something will eventually break on and on and on welcome to what some call the money pit but I love it!
