Your right about them being ugly, bigtime. It says its intercooled but I don't see any intercooler or how they are cooling the discharge with this setup. Interesting....

 

See, what I'm thinking is I can rotate that tube that is running into the back of the blower, turn it straight up, cut a hole in the hood and have this popping up out of the hood...

Thats Magnachargers new S/C. Its a top mount Eaton roots 120. It is intercooled via air to water. Just like the great Ferd Spark. It is a damn good setup, but I just like ther rest of the Magnacharger owners will tell you, The kit is awesome, but you cant modify them. I wish i went with an ATI, but the reliability of the Eaton, and the great design of Magnacharger is what sucked me in.

i e-maild lingenfelter and they said a kit for are trucks would be out in dec. but did not know the price. i also asked them if it would work on a h/c setup. considering whipple told me i could not use theirs.

yep, whipple is just covering there *** probably.

saying you CAN'T run a heads/cam setup with anything is kindof dumb lol. but you will for sure need larger injectors and a custom tune as maxmumboom said. No matter what type of supercharger you go with the heads/cam setup will only make it that much better if it is done correctly.

I dont see why you cant do a head/cam setup with your Whipple. You will need larger injectors, but I dont se why it wouldnt work. I can be sur eyou will need to custom tune your ECM but thats the name of the game.
