I swear, you can't keep a vehicle longer than 6 months. LOL! Are you and Trevor related?

Wanna race?
Loser buys the winner a tank of gas.

Are we racing with a 38 foot enclosed trailer behind each truck?
Looks like it's Eagle or KMC wheels. Neeper makes wheels for duallies, but, um, they're Neeper
Tony- I know! Trevor and I have an uncannily parallel car-buying history!

Here's a couple more wheels to look at.

Alcoa's
And if you really want to spend some money, you can convert to 19.5" wheels.

Sounds like you finally got what you wanted. Well at least until April or May . Looking forward to meeting you at the Shootout. BTW, I'll be towing a certain 10 sec blue Formula with my truck. I wonder if my truck will look faster with it on a trailer behind me.

Greg-
I dunno, your truck may make the Formula look faster See you in BR!
Neil- Thanks for the links!

Congrats on the new truck! It's eerie how our car-buying history is so close. I think we are brother and sister and were separated at birth. I bet it looks GOOD in grey! Since I have a 4L80E trans that will take some abuse, I'm already planning what I can do to it. I think a mild heads/cam setup with a Whipple on top would be bitchin'!
We'll have to take some pics of the trucks and cars this weekend. I think we need pics of the SS's AND trucks pulling the wheels.

Instead, it's a Sierra 3500 dually! We could not locate a new 2500 HD (Chevy or GMC) optioned like we wanted, so we started looking at some used trucks. We went to Montgomery for a race this weekend and they were having a huge tent sale right down the road. There sat a big, dark grey 2001 model GMC crew-cab dually. When we got through drooling, we walked over to talk to the salesmen. Turns out the guy had bought the truck from this dealership, had it serviced there the whole time he had it, and traded it back in there as well. He tool GREAT care of it... not a ding on the whole truck and the interior looks better than my 2002 GMC that we traded in! We drove it and discussed what we'd offer them the first go-round, then let them meet us in the middle. When we got back, they already had an offer worked up. They plopped it on the table and lo and behold, it was slightly BETTER than what we'd intended to offer them Not being prepared for this at all, the only thing we could say was "Uhmm.. we'll take it ??" We got a GREAT deal, better than we thought we'd get, and it's got the GM Certified Used Vehicle warranty extension.
So far, we LOVE it! It's a 6.0L A4 SLE. (read: GAS GUZZLER!!) Luckily, my husband will be driving it every day and his round trip commute is only 30 miles. Mine is 40 miles, plus with all the running around I do during work, I easily put 60-100 miles on a car every day. Since I knew we were looking for a bigger truck, I went and got myself a beater, a 2003 Kia Spectra (woo hoo!)
Unfortunately we won't be able to get our trailer painted to match by the Thunder race this weekend, but when we do, it ought to be a great looking setup. We took some pictures of the dually this weekend so I'll post them soon.
Any suggestions on wheels???
Also, all our lowering stuff from the 2002 Sierra 1500 is for sale. Look in the classified secdtion.
