The Crane tool may be the most expensive, but it is by far the best. Besides doing 2 springs at once, it pushes them straight down and holds them down so you don't physically have to. I've also used the one in the 2nd pic, and it works well but is very tedious to use. I don't like the JPR tool from Thunder Racing, it can slip sideways, doesn't press straight down on the spring (pushes at a slant) and won't get on the rear springs when used in the truck. IMO, the Crane tool was worth every penny

Very good point. Second vote for the crane tool however the homemade one from Tech seems reasonable however will take much longer.

CRANE TOOL. Don't you dare buy that tool from the guy on tech, biggest POS I ever used. Good riddance! It slips all over the place, gouges the valve cover mating surface if you don't lay down a beach towel

the crane one def...but i tried to get one a while back and they were out of stock or something so i got the thunder racing one you posted and it works well...but it is slow and you have to do it with someone else, preferably big and strong...lol it will get the job done tho...also if you plan on doing more than one or two spring swaps i would get spend the extra money...my thunder racing one is all hemmed up where the extension goes and where it hits the spring...
