Look up under there ... is there anything else that is unplugged? Any other o2 sensros? It may not even be the o2's ... it would help a lot if you had the code number.

I will hopefully be able to stop by some time this week. I un[pluged the 02's straight from the cats. So I am pretty sure it's hooked up right. i am guessing I just need to go get it read.

Also am having the same problems your having. O2 sims aren't keeping that orange light from shining in my face. The codes read something about front heater temp out throwing a code for each O2 sensor. **** Casper Electronics wasted my 100 dollars, Getting sick and tired of dumping money in these things for nothing but trouble, No gains, not even .001 of a second, Just a damn orange light in my face that everyone asks about.

Oh well LS1edit on the way.

Love this site, helps to relieve stress and tell lies about these things!

I have them to,but I had no trouble with them.( going on a year now)
Check the wires going to the plugs, might have to swap them around.
I bet two wires are in the wrong place on the O2 simms.

You have to read the DTC with a scan tool to be sure it's cat related. If you use AutoTap you can actually see the O2 Simm output as a Sinewave plotted on a graph. It needs to toggle above and below 450mV every 300msec or so to pass the test and not turn on the SES.

that's what I am doing tonight, oh yeah 02chevy, I have the one chamber and the cats are gone and this thing is so damn loud, but around 2500-3000 it pops like a glasspack and sounds like butt. I will go with your setup when I get the money. I want a cleaner non poping sound when I get on it. but still loud as hell.

Make sure you do have the right O2 sim ... IE look at the plug wire colors and orientation. Just because it plugs in doesnt mean its right. If you have a multi meter and a 12v power source look for a voltage sweep from .3-.7 V every second if the simm is working right. If your not seeing the sweep or seeing no voltage the wiring is wrong or the simm is bad.
