I think you're referring to the TrickFlow Stage 1 cam. If so, that's the one I was going to go with for my 6L build. It should provide ample power everywhere up until 6200 RPM's or so (which who needs to go higher than that anyways?). I was going to buy one of these cams when they were only $269.99 but now that the word is out that they're made by Lunati and put out great power they're up to $349.99. I wonder how smooth they idle. Also if Zippy is right about the LS6 springs, it would be the way to go on a budget.

I didn't pay attention to the lift specs listed. I had the one from Comp Cams.

its idles good, has a lil shake to it ever now and then when it want to slobber a lil bit. as far as sound it sounds good, but i am going to have the exhaust redone when i get my new LT's on. After the cats come off all them dodge and ford guys should be able to tell if its cammin or not at a redlight...lol..

Ha, true. That overlap should get you a nice little lope. I wasn't expecting the HotCam to lope like it does, but I realized that it was a 9* difference it made sense. Anyways, looks like a good cam selection for a DD
