Default Timing cover

I am getting ready to install a cam in my nnbs07 sierra, I was told that the new cams have one bolt on the cam gear instead of the traditional 3 pattern. When i change over to the 3 bolt gear set (double roller) will i need a different timing cover? or will the stock one clear the double roller?
