Default Timing chain jumped

Is there a chance of bent valves with a jumped timing chain on an 2007 chevy 1500 with a 5.3 DOD engine

yes. How sure are you that the chain jumped? Never seen it happen. I have seen chains installed wrong, and cams ground wrong.
