Default how can i make a 2005 4.3 v6 faster?

I recently got a 2005 4.3 V6 silverado, i know its a v6 and there isnt much i should do to it but i want to make it a little faster , any one know how to make it faster?

Gears.

Go from the 3.42 or 3.73's it likely has to 4.10's or 4.56's to make it faster. If you do a lot of highway driving your cruising rpm will be higher though.

drop a 5.3 in there. plenty around for cheap
