please help me diagnose this...heres a movie clip...injector? lifter?
sounds like a damn diesel! its a constant noise comming from somewhere below the intake manifold. Took it to chevy and theyre saying they think its an injector. My research on here says prob not an injector. What do yall think. Heres the clip. (kind of distorted)

what temp is the engine running at in the video? Was it a cold start up or was it warm?

 

ouch, that sounds like my valvetrain with aftermarket springs/cam

 

ya i must say it sounds much more exagerated in the video. As a matter of fact, you cant even hear it unless the hood is open. If you listen towards the very end when the video gets down close to the motor on the passenger side, it sounds pretty true to what it sounds like in person. Like i said, the dealer is saying that injectors are no good. Not sure thats the problem...and the sound is constanly the same......warm or cold.....in the vid it was warm

 

i would pull the valve covers of and check the rockers to see if they are loose.
