Not sure where to post this as there is no labeled "Exhaust" category.
Purchased my Touring system in 1/05. For the last year I have been chasing a vibration noise that came from under the rear of the truck at low speed cruising.
I get under there and shake and bump everything and do find the little XFR case skid makes noise and I take care of it thinking Aha! I only killed half of the noise but could not make the remainder happen unless I was driving.
In the past months its been getting louder and happening easier or more often. Finally I was out of the truck doing stuff while it idled in the driveway and could hear it.
It's the Corsa Touring muffler. I put gloves on and pushed it around checking the clamps and hangars and its the muffler. I shut the truck down and bumped it with my palm and could hear it rattling inside.
I contacted Corsa and one is on the way.
Thanks Corsa!

Thanks, I remember thinking Spendy back then but having a nice Truck, Leather, XM Radio - Bose, Fine Company, and trying the Gibson and other Cat Backs just made me hate being in the truck.
Then I found out about the Corsa and the Chevy dealers at the time were putting them on Showroom customs and I sampled one.
I took a loss selling off the others but have no regrets. The performance and the in-cab comfort is as advertised.

Got the new muffler on and its all good.
Boy it was a real PITA to get the old one off at the inlet, and to get the new one to take the tail pipe.
But that says a lot for the fit being as good as it gets. Nothing sloppy for sure.
It took some pulling, pushing, lifting, twisting and a few four letter words.
