Did you get your Traction Assist disabled??? Ever forget to turn it off and it stumbles all over the place until you remember???

I like the trac assist. I would not think twice about having it removed.
When it rains.....it comes in very handy.
I don't find pushing the button in the dash to be a hassle.

Yours don't???? Is yours the VHO edition?
Maybe they didn't offer the on/ off button until the 05' models.
Does yours have the electric fans or clutch style fan? Mine has electric fans.
Curious if there is an option to add the trac assist button to your truck?

My '02 Yukon came with Trac Assist. When it rains, I turn it off. It always seems to counter my driving. I'm used to controlling my ride with my right foot. That's just me.

I dont either but I dont think I have traction assist. A buddy just picked up his 05, he specified he did not want the option and he doesnt have it. Being that it is an option I think that button being there is part of it (only have the button if you have it). I dont think you have it, man. My 04 Yukon had it and had the button. My 05 - no button.

I dont think its standard. I've seen some posts about 05 going to drums and traction assist but I am not sure I buy it since it was listed as an option and not a standard.

Ellectronic throttle will not cause that. I have the ETC, and it's as responsive as a cable throttle.

How about a list of what you got done??
