Default Throttle plate drilling

Fired up the 6.0 tonight with comp cam and dynatech headers. Even with diablo custom tuning it does not want to idle. I feel it needs a little more air and was thinking about drilling the throttle plate. What size hole do you start with? Do you drill it at the bottom or up near the center of the plate?

Drill the existing hole about 5/16"

How do you handle the "won't idle" problem when you have LS1edit? Crank up air flow thru the IAC?
