Throttle Body Spacers?

On a stock engine you may see 0hp and 2lbs tq if your lucky. On a higher flowing engine it will loose power all the way around. I have one and its junk!!!!!! I think i fixed it with my dremel though. It might be alright now to plumb in a wet kit or something.
