The programmer is a nice upgrade for the money. It's a proven 4/10's off your 1/4 mile time mod. You can probably get an awesome deal on a used one.

alright sounds good also what can i do to help the gas mileage cause im getting crappy milage lately i think it might be my sending unit becaue i will just be sitting at a light and my gauge will move

what all does the programmer do? i know it changes when the tranny shifts but what else?
