throttle body questions???

Question throttle body questions???
I want to swap my (06SSS) TB out for one of a Z06.(stock 75mm-Z06 90mm) but i was told to just grind it out, problem is that iv never really done it. so any help on how to go about doing it?

The 90mmTB will not bolt up to the stock truck intake manifold. If you want to port your stock one, I did a how to with pics a while back. Ported TB thread click here.

Makes a measureable difference in throttle response as well as mileage.
