I have an extra and I had it bored out to 78 mm and I'm getting a "reduced engine power" message in the odometer screen.

WHat else did you have done to it? Did you grind the bumpstop to much? Does the blade still fully close?

Check the electrical plug on the TB. My 03 did that last week. Feels kinda funny, doesn't it - Putting the petal all the way down, but the truck stumbles and creeps along.

I have held up the modified one right next to a stock one and the opening at rest is the same. this is driving me nuts.

well, my truck does that, you floor it and it's like you're not even on the throttle at all. me and red2k were both throwing a THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR SES code. what's up with that?
