Default For those of you shopping for a cam...

...and unaware of who Cam Motion is, they supplied this guy with his cam, so maybe they know what they're doing...

Oh, and here's a link to a video of that same car.

Don't you mean Futral Motorsports? I think Thunder uses Comp for their custom grinds....

That is one quick ride! I posted all of the lobes (hydrolic roller) that CamMotion has in 'THE cam thread' sticky at the top. They do have some decent lobes. I like the little bit more aggressive lobes though

Thunder uses something very similar to Comps X-E lobes. Tad bit more aggressive from what I have seen. The 224 for example

Besides the companies lobe choice (comp, crane, cam-motion exc.), you wont see much difference in cam design from the vendors. The basics of lobe distance, icl, and where they set their valve events are all relatively similar.

How many cams are out there that use a 112 or 114 lsa, and how many of those have a 4* advance set to them?

You'd think with all of the different lobe profiles you would see some variety. But you don't...For some reason they all need the same thing and the consumer believes this
