Will the oxygen sensors even come out or have they rust-welded themselves to the bungs? This is the reason I went with OBX's instead. I live in MN and don't even drive my truck in the salt

You should be putting your truck up for the winter. Your frame and undercarrage is going to look like that someday. Salt is very destructive but there's nothing we can do about it in the northeast.

I'm in MI, & mine look way better than that. So far. I drive thru winter & the roads are salted something crazy. IIRC, I put mine on in '05 or '06.

i wish that was an option, but it's my only vehicle.

maybe i got a bad set with bad coating on it, i don't know. if i had to do it over again, i think i'd either buy the OBX headers, or i'd buy non-coated Pacesetters, weld on flanges, then send them to Jet Hot to get coated.

I hear ya on that. I bought a cheap 80's El Camino (2000.00$) and put collector car ins on it for a winter beater.

Jet hot wouldn't stand up much better for you, even a stainless header made out of 409 stainless would rust in our winters. It would have to be 304 stainless and the truck would fall apart around them from rust and they would still be solid!

Damn, that's ugly My SW's look great after 2 New Jersey salty winters...although they probably won't see any salt this year since my truck is broken down with a blown trans that I can't afford to fix right now Glad I got the truck washed the same day it broke at least
