Default Those running LS1-style injectors in here...

Those of you guys running an LS1 style injector, have you had any problems after soldering the pig tails? Any warnings, suggestions, or tips?

I'm about to cut my stock harness **cringe** and splice in the LS1 injector pigtails and don't want to F anything up if you know what I mean. It seems pretty straight forward; cut stock ones, solder new ones, heat shrink, then drink beer.

I'm finally doing the LS6 intake swap and I went ahead and bought some Nasty Perf. billet fuel rails too, the injectors are a brand new set of the Racetronix 42lbers(LS1 style). And yes, for those of you who are wondering it will be going on a running motor........ finally

Whipple496 has come up with the parts to make adapters for plug and play truck harnesses to LS1 style injectors. I got a set should be here tomorrow so I will be able to see how they work on my truck. (going with some 60's) He's fixin to put them on his truck this weekend. Might look into this if you really don't want to cut the stock harness.

I did not solder mine, I actually cut the wires at the ends and crimped on the new wire ends and installed them in the new plugs. So I have no cuts or anything, it looks factory.
