Just use a spade connector or something like that and slip it in where the fuse goes?

Hook the AC relay trigger wire to the green AC clutch wire. The easiest place to get at it is the bottom side of the AC relay in the underhood fuse box. Just unclip the fuse panel and pull it over. The green wire going to the AC relay is the one, its hot when the clutch is engaged.

1BADHD - Be careful about upping the idle rpm. I put mine to 750rpm and it made the truck hell to drive. The thing was hard to stop and wanted to jump as soon as you let off the gas. Very annoying. I backed it down to 650rpm and it is MUCH better. If you have a stall it's not as bad since the converter is slipping more but, with the tight stock stall it can be a pain if you raise it too much.
PS - Don't worry about the A/C relay deal. If the fans need to come on they'll come on from the normal thermostat control. I never did hook my A/C relay up on the VSC and everything is fine.

My truck idels real low stock. Its maybe 500 rpm. I was thinking that 650 rpm would be nice. I was thinking about not hooking up the A/C, but like Y2K Silverado said. If the fans arent on, the A/C isnt cool. So.......maybe a manual switch would be a solution? How would I wire that with the Temp Controller?

What controller are you using again? I really only know about the VSC. The VSC has a pin on it that you hook a manual switch wire to. It's basically just a ground that you control with a on/off switch.
If your controller doesn't have that I think you could just splice a wire into the thermo control wire. Put the switch inline on that wire and ground the wire to a good ground. That's if the control wire is a ground ONLY. That way when you flip the switch the circuit is getting grounded and the fans will come on. I think that's how most of these controllers work.
I've never really had a problem with my A/C like that. Most of the time if I'm stopped or driving slow in hot weather the fans come on anyway, especially if the A/C is running since things heat up faster.

Also my fans are pretty much off when on the freeway as there is sooooo much air blowing through the the Rad and Condensor. I almost expect them to be on when going pretty slow under 40mph
