Default thermal wrap and wires

Anyone have any experience with wrapping thier headers.

What sort of wires are you usin with your headers

any suggestions?

i tried all kinds of wires and even burned a few while doing it. i ended up with msd wires and they are working out the best. i just put on the stock aluminum sleeves on then and that is doing the trick.
