Will the stock torque converter from my 99 SS work on my 2000 silverado...????

I dont see why they wouldnt, they are the same transmission. You might have problems if you tow or anything with it, i dont know what the exact differences between the 2 are so dont quote me on the towing thing

Yes it will, but the stall is nearly identical so the money/time spend will be in vain. Just get a higher stall aftermarket one.
