Ive bee working on mine and I got my 99-02 returnstyle fuel lines to fit w/out cut and makeing a new cross over line all I did was trim some of the plastic on the intake and fits tight but will work

Question, On the hole behind the map sensor, what do you have hooked up there? Is that where the PCV hose is supposed to connect to?
Did you use stock fuel rails?

my tbss intake came with a connector like this in the top of the pic, what I have hooked up there is the fuel pressure regulator hose, the hose on the back goes to the brake booster, the hose on left side (passenger side) goes to the drivers side valve cover just have to run a hose, I bought a 2008 silverado evap pressure selinoid I used the hose that came on my spare intake you can cut the fittings off by splice them down the middle then reheat the hose when you got it how you want it you can use a heat gun or propane torch get warm enough to put the old connectors back on and there ya go. Yes I did use the stock rails my spare intake was from a 03 silverado and for some reason the injectors are .2 longer letting me use the stock crossover without and modification
