Tell me you didnt pay 175 bucks for a used 87mm tb

 

No kidding ....man you could have gotten a new ls3 throttle body from ebay for $160,

 

I think 150 but yes I realized after that it was to much. so how do I findout if the tb is bad? Or do I have to but the bullet an get another? And where should I get a replacement from if I have to go that route? Should I get a ls3 an just clip the pink wire or will the box I have not work with it? Thanks got the input so far.

 

If possible I would borrow one & see if that's the problem before wasting money. You wouldn't have to cut the pinks for the LS3 either. If you can't find one to try, I got one that you could try.

 

I don't have anyone to borrow from around here. How would I borrow yours? I would appreciate the help.

 

I just swaped to the ls3 throttle body and i have my 87mm laying around I'm sure scooter will let you barrow his if not I can send you mine ...

 

That would be great, I would be willing to buy it if that is my problem. If you wanted to sell it that is.
