Default Tbss intake and tb swap P2135

I have a 2004 silverado ss and just did the tbss intake swap. I am getting the code p2135 at WOT only. And it is erratic, sometimes it throws it right when the pedal hits the floor. Sometimes it's 5-6 seconds after. I have a 3.0 xlink and tbss 87mm throttle body. My tune has been adjusted for the bigger throttle body. The throttle body works on a nnbs truck so it's fine. I was reading on here and found some info about the stock harness wiring breaking so I spent $90 on a new tac connector/harness and it still throws the code. The truck doesnt have to be running, I can throw the code with the key in the on position and the pedal to the floor if that matters. Only at wot.. Im about fed up with this thing. it is a noticeable power gain though, until it throws a code. Any suggestions?

I assume your blade is sticking on something. With the key off, move the blade with your hand and see if it moves freely. If it doesnt loosen and adjust the blade until it moves freely. Report back.
