TB or NNBS Intake Benefits

Who has swapped in a TB or NNBS Intake with cathredal ports in place of a Truck Intake and what benefits did you see and/or gain on the strip/dyno? I have heard some folks have some good gains but wasnt considering the swap then and now I am...lol...
