Default Tb convertor and tr224

I am looking at putting the thunder racing tr224 in the 6.0 liter I just purchased. Would the trailblazer vertor work well with this cam? Also can someone verify the part # is 24228709
thanks again
William

I say something a little higher like a 2800 would be better.

If you have a tight budget, the TB will be fine. If you want the best combo, the 3000 will be the best match. Behind a cammed 6L, the TB will stall 2600-2700. The 3000 will be a little more than 3000.

Yeah, look into the TCI 3000 or another 3000. I'm really glad I went with the 3000 behind my TR224.
