Needs gears stat, to overcome the heavy *** tires and large diameter. It'll feel like a whole new truck.

Tune it, add a corvette sevro to the transmission and hope it holds together for a while lol.

The wheels/tires/gears thing is on my list of things to focus on, determining what needs to be done. I would like a set of the LTZ 20s, Just have to figure out the rest. It wouldn't hurt to drop it down some in the front either.
