Taking off the tranny pan on a 4wd

take the front driveshaft loose, pull the shift cable out of the bracket, and bend it out of the way. after your done, just put stuff back. i've had quite a few of them pans off and that's about the easiest way. taking the driveshaft loose and the cable out of the bracket takes about 5 minutes. piece of cake from there.
