Dudes! I saw both of you guys gettin it last night. Ya'll were both hauling ***! I thought about running both of ya'll but that whine scared the crap out of me! Everyone in the stands loved it when the two supercharged LS1's lined up. Next time I see you guys out there I'm definitely coming to visit to get the hook up! Great job guys!

Creederado the rims worked great now all I've got to do is force myself to launch harder.I hooked so hard that I did'nt get any wheelspin I think I have at least another 1/10th to be had.I did turn a 1.809 60ft time.

 

Do ya have to run a 160* thermo with the Magnacharger?

Oh, also if you ran a less restrictive muffler you'd prolly gain some time there too. Flowmasters work off exhaust pulse, meaning not hte best for FI. I'd suggest a Dynomax or a Mangaflow. Those are what I see most people running FI use

 

Hitman X I'm running a 160 degree thermostat,a 50/50 anti-freeze mix with waterwetter and dual electric fans,my temps never exceed 190.I'm running the Flow master catback with 70 series muffler because anything louder is unbearable in a Tahoe,I've tried.

 

So you have a water to air intercooler. How do you like it? Does the water heat up fast?

After 3 back to back runs I opened the resorvoir cap and the water was warm not hot about 90 degrees at most.I'm going to put a antifreeze flush valve in the lower hose so I can drain the system and fill it with ice water between runs.Yes,I really like the system it's well thought out and engineered.Everything works right out of the box.

 

whitt...sweet numbers man...i can't believe a tahoe is that quick. there's guys with 1,000 less pounds and the same mods running slower....that's awesome man.

whitt1, how are you getting around the mph & rpm limiter? Does the Micro Tuner with the Magnacharger also do that or are you using something else in conjunction?
