Because I am the one that suggested putting the stock program in it. It was losing the injector pulse width at times. I work at that dealer. Sorry you lost your program.

I told the chief mechanic that i had custom tuning and not to clear the info. I guess he is retarded because that was the first thing I told him. Yeah it does "RUN" like **** and not too mention I am buying ls1 edit and getting it dyno tuned. If i would have known you guys were going to program it back to stock i would have just sent it back to ed wright and he would have done it for free all i would have had to pay is shipping. SO at least it "drives" enought o get it painted and thanks for "fixing" it

moritz and johnathan have always done great work for me and are great guys. **** happens man...the service guy probably didn't know **** about what you meant when you said "custom tuning" and when he was told by the guy there that knows about these motors what to do he said "****, that'll work and please the customer" and did it.

Lets see here. When it came in to the dealer it would not run (we had push it in to the shop) and when it left here it at least could drive around the block. The (cheif mechanic) is our shop foreman and is the best GM driveability tech I know of. He was upset after talking to your dad about the program. He does not remember hearing not to program the PCM. What needed to happen was for you or your dad to list EVERYTHING you had done to it before we got started on it. From heads to pan.
I guess that is what people get when they can't fix it and pay someone else to do it. I don't intend on being rude here but we "fixed" it, like it or not. I would like to thank you for blasting my dealership on the interent also. I have an idea, why don't you go pay some else to fix it. It seems to have worked for you so far.
I am sorry you lost you program.
Thank you for the support Matt.

it is just frustrating that is it. I have nothing against you or mortiz but i am upset that you guys didn't think to call me before hand. We have bought 8 cars from you guys and all in all it has been quite a pleasant experience dealing with your company. I just wish the truck could drive when you give it gas it stalls out then it dies but it is drivable enough to get it painted i guess all in all it will work out. I do apologize if I did offend you in any way.

I am sorry that you lost your tune. I tend to get very offensive we someone blasts my dealer and uses the name. I think we try to take very good care of the customers.
I have heard alot of horror stories about mail order tunes. You will like the LS1Edit, plus you don't have to pay someone if you want a change. Good luck.
P.S. I like the way your truck sounds. Let me know when you go to Kennedale. I like the fact of more Ft Worth trucks, maybe I will run into one of you on the street.
