Default Superchargers?

Has anyone used the Procharger or the Kenne Bell superchargers. I was wandering what the thoughts were on these. I was told Pro was good for everyday use and Bell was better for towing any thoughts? I have a 1500HD 6.0 liter.

i heard the kenne bell for chevrolet support sucks a big one but i do know someone on here has one and he seems to like it ATI is my favorite and yes it will be good for a more top end truck you cant beat a roots type blower for low end grunt so my personal vote goes to ATI and if you want a roots type blower go and PM blown chevy and get you a deal from him and magnuson

I have the KB the kit is nice. Good power. The service is the worlds worst. Save your self the headaches and go with ATI or procharger or whipple. any one but KB you will do nothing but kick your self in the ***. If you want PM me and I will give you more details.

I'd just save the headaches and look into the Radix or STS. Thge ATI requires a few more tricks to make full use of and the Whipple tuning sucks.

Im also running Kenne Bell on a current 5.3 setup. Will be upgrading to a 6.0 L engine next week. It runs very well and cant wait until KB is on the 6.0 setup. Hopefully I can put down 425 RWHP with ease. If those were your two choices and if you have access to tuning, I would go with KB.

I also say neither one of the choices you mentioned. IMO, if your goal is under 500rwhp with a blower, get the Radix.

For the heavier 1500HD I would use Magnacharger's Radix. You will get boost at lower rpms. A roots or twin screw supercharger would be more suitable for your truck than a centrifugal Procharger IMHO.
