that intercooler setup looks awsome! i measured my pulley and from outside of rib to outside of rib is 3.75" is there a place to get a 3 3/8 pulleey? i could definately use more boost later on im sure. i think my shift points are goin to be around 6500 and i would like to make 10lbs of boost on this setup if even possible. i really need to know the size on cam bearings if anyone knows it too. thanks!

i also installed the aero 340 pump and it was supersimple to do. im very pleased with the pump, i may go slap the truck on the dyno once i get the 6.0 done then slap the new engine in and see what power difference there actually is.

I bought my from whipple. They told me they only had two pulleys in stock a 3 3/8 pulley and a 2 5/8 pulley. The 2 5/8 pulley is still a 6 rib so I think belt slippage would be an issue I think. They told me I would See 14 to 15lbs with the 2 5/8 and 9 lbs with the 3 3/8 pulley.

That's not bad at all, thanks for filling me in on that! Is it 9lbs of boost on a 6.0 or 5.3? Also how much does head flow and cubic inchs effect boost psi? Is there a pretty common theory for boost drop? And if a person was to make a bracket for a second tensioner is it possible to make the 2 5/8 pulley work?

I told them I had a 6.0L so I'm assuming the number they gave me was for that. The theory is a pound for every 1/8 in you go Down starting with the 4 in which is supposed to be 4lbs. Which means a 2 5/8 is supposed to be 16lbs but they told me less so I don't know if there already figuring belt slippage. Better flowing heads will drop boost pressure. Boost pressure is a measurement of resistance so the Better The engine flows the lower the number, which is actually a good thing so don't be worried about seeing a lower number then expected. I wouldn't put another tensioner on until you see what it does. Also the belt for a two pulley setup is 69 1/2 inches which I found to be tough as hell to get on lol

Also since I'm sure you be ditching the whippletronics you will need to research how bypass your whipple so you can see more then four pounds.
