I just bought a 05 gibbs tahoe with supercharger and it has ac delco 41-110 in it. It also pings like crazy under acceleration.. I was curious what the exact OEM plugs are for the boosted joe gibbs models.. read through this thread and found great info.. I also keep seeing people say the tr6 so I have decisions to make 😆

Right, I have read that the supercharged motors run one or two heat ranges colder. @randeez @shakenfake

Honestly have no idea but I remember reading a whole bunch about guys running TR6 or TR5s. No idea their set ups but on this site you can find a whole bunch of info on what plug to run for a boosted truck.

I run TR6s on my 6.0

I’m running TR6 at about 13psi no issues. I tried the BREF7’s in my old setup and the idle was not so great

give a stealership parts counter the last 8 of your VIN, and he'll tell you which OEM spark plug part number it had.

I had the same question years ago, tr55 was the consensus but read copper needed changed more often, they werent wrong. Im too lazy now as well and went back with platinums.

around 80k miles on tr55 in a stock 6.0, from .050”- .055” to around .075”

Im sure no one cares but people do search for random stuff
