ok i have had my truck for a week & have spent some $ to get things the way i want them, and now looking at performance now, at the nelson site i saw list for this STS TURBO & wondered. my key notes is towing & good mpg thats why i got the 4.8L. wondering on cost & if anyone has this system

 

I am in the process of installing one right now. Should be done next week sometime hopefully.

Retail for the basic kit is $3999 but the dealers I know of less. Most of us that are getting into the kit are going with upgraded turbos and methanol injection but we are not doing it for towing

One guy just made 514rwhp/586rwtq on a stock 5.3L with Meth but he had the wrong exhaust housing and so the dyno fell off way early so he is getting a replacment which should produce a nice clean dyno sheet over 500rwhp
