the truck is my friends truck. the reason it drops off is because we have a small exhaust housing on it. we are going to put a bigger one on this week. We have ran that amount of boost now for awhile with no problems. we also have put kits on the new hemi trucks, new ss chevy trucks, and ls1 cars. We just got done putting one on my 2000 ram air. it has 9.2 compression and we have the boost at 13 now and will take it to texas speed wednesday to dyno it and raise the boost to around 18. The turbo spools as quick as the front mount kit my buddy has. We are very imprssed with the sts kit and have sold many kits.

Is the 67mm the GT35? Just curious because that's what I got and I dont know what mm it is considered.

Man that stock fuel system is choking his truck down then. He is in serious need of injectors and a fuel pump LOL.

Very cool though. I am soo excited to get mine on this week.

the turbo is called a gt-67. Sorry, i dont know why i put mm after it. we are going to put injectors and pump after we see how much we can get out of the 5.3 stock. When it goes we are going to put a 6.0 in it.

You mean you are putting the pump and injectors in first so you can see what the 5.3L can handle right??? Otherwise you are not testing the limits of the motr you are testing the limits of the fuel system and judging form the dyno sheet it looks like you have gone well passed it LOL. That thing shouldn't be falling off so fast.

when we had it on the dyno the wide band o2 readings read perfect to almost a tad rich the whole pull.

That's proabbly because the PCM started pulling gobs of timing out or something. Take a look at your graph and look at Parish's graph. It should look similar to his but start falling off earlier. Your's falls off WAY early and WAAY steep, kind like you lifted at 5500rpm or it lost boost or something. The peak #s are sweet but I wouldn't want my sheet to look like that for a best 1/4mile effort.

Something else is goin on in that dyno sheet that doesn't seem right. Any ideas?

that alcohol injection is helping out with the fueling, stock injectors wouldn't goto 500rwhp, probably wouldn't goto 400rwhp even. i think the stock pump is good to 450rwhp or so so it is helping there too.
